My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The staff were courteous and attentive, which I appreciated, but the hotel itself felt outdated and didn't match the luxury advertised, especially with the lack of basic amenities. The room was spacious with a great view, but the maintenance issues were too noticeable to ignore. Overall, I felt the price didn't align with the quality of the experience.

This hotel has a rich heritage and is conveniently located opposite Mahakal Temple, with spacious rooms and good Wi-Fi. However, the cleanliness in the washrooms needs attention, and the slow room service can be quite frustrating. While the valley view is pleasant, don't expect dramatic mountain scenery.

The staff was incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home. The food was delicious, especially the sumptuous breakfast. I can't recommend this hotel enough, but the only downside was the slight crowd during peak hours on the mall.
